Grok Bot prompts & plugins for Slack

Slack is where Bot work lands — and where it turns into noise if nobody sets rules. A Grok Bot can send a short digest, ask for approval, route a support case, or drop a build failure into the channel where people already work. Agency digests, per-outcome group chats, and crew handoffs all fit this pattern. Good Slack entries name the channel, the trigger, and the message shape. The best ones bring context with the ping, so nobody clicks five places to learn why the Bot spoke.

Ask where the deal stalled, get dates and links

Krista Letz’s SpaceXAI GTM write-up describes a Customer Expert: one agent per strategic account that watches Slack, Gmail, Gong, and Granola, answers from running context, and flags feature requests plus support tickets. Same article as her weekly GTM operator.

It noticed who I was ignoring and booked the call

Jesse’s Chief of Staff reads Gmail, Calendar, Slack/Discord, and sends a 5am summary with fires. Unlike his old script, he can ask it to do something after: it noticed he was ignoring Nate Berkopec, opened SavvyCal, and found a time in both timezones.

150,000 junk emails, deleted after one dry run

Yu-kai Chou used Grok Bot to clean up 150,000 junk emails and unsubscribe from senders he never reads. Same tweet as the attention watch on five addresses and six Slack workspaces. This is Yu-kai’s 150k, not the separate 90k two-account purge.

Every meeting split into your promises and theirs

Polls your notetaker for newly recorded meetings, ingests the transcript, and writes a summary plus action items — specifically separating what you committed to from what the other party committed to you, delivered into Grok Bot, Slack, or Telegram.
