Bannerbear
You are setting up a Bannerbear integration for me inside Grok Bot. First, read Bannerbear's documentation at https://developers.bannerbear.com/ (and note it also offers an MCP server so agents can call it directly) so you understand its API-key authentication and how it works — you design a reusable template once, then a single call applies text, image and colour modifications to render a branded image or video, delivered via polling or webhook. Then connect to my Bannerbear account (MCP or API key) so that when I ask for a graphic — a social image, an Open Graph image, an animated GIF, or a video from a template — you fill the right template's layers with the content I give you and return the rendered file. Rules: follow the documentation exactly, never invent a template, layer name, or modification Bannerbear does not have; if I reference a template or field that does not exist, list what is actually available instead of guessing. Confirm the connection first by listing my templates, and show me which template and values you will use before rendering. Copy the prompt and paste it into Grok.
- 01 Create a Bannerbear account at bannerbear.com and design (or import) the templates you want to render.
- 02 Grab your API key from app.bannerbear.com, or connect Bannerbear's MCP server — see the linked docs.
- 03 Paste the prompt below into your Grok Bot and give it your Bannerbear key so image and video generation becomes a standing capability.
What it does
Bannerbear is an API-first platform for auto-generating images and videos from reusable templates. One call applies text, image and colour changes to a template and renders branded social graphics, Open Graph images, animated GIFs, screenshots or videos — and it ships an MCP server, so a Grok Bot can produce on-brand visuals on demand.
Use it in Grok Bot
Paste the prompt on this page into a Grok Bot and give it a Bannerbear API key or MCP connection. Design your templates once in Bannerbear; then ask the bot for a graphic and it fills the right template and returns the rendered image or video — following the docs, never inventing a template or layer.
